I can lend out my Soccom.

Don't have any gas though (I dropped the can whiuch landed on the noozle - now stuffed).

I could lend out the Aug - but even I haven't used it in the game yet.

Im in and i might be plus one. Will comfirm tomorrow.

With almost 20 people coming so far i think we need to plan some sort of senario for this. Ie drug running, Long VC trail, Base wars etc

Main thing is it needs to be simple, & fun. These guys have a blast they will be back for more, they get fucked up, face fucked or it gets messy fun level & return factor drop right off.

So needs to be lots of shooting & dieing & killing, as in one team doesnty want to be doing all the dieing. Plus none of this run around the bush for 40 mins not seeing anyone stuff either.

Acey, what do you think of that progresive cap the flag thing the other club doe's, would that work with so many newbies?

Base assaults are a bit of jiggle getting the right mix of weapons in the base not to mention the right kind of people.

Agree, with half the people being new the games will have to be pretty simple.

We have the three flag poles (in your garage I believe Adler?) and the flags (not sure where thay are at). It would be pretty simple to set up a three flag capture the flag game along the lines of the one we played at the Nelson nationals.

I'm happy to head out to the field a bit early and set it up.

I've got the club flags - USU & UN, plus my own NZ.

Also have four sets of red and blues flags used at the 2006 Nats.

Dave, can I arrange to get the flags from you some time this week?

Just a thought, it might be safety goggles that we are short of more than guns this weekend.

Home tonight, out tomorrow & Friday nights.
Home Saturday.

Or

I could just bring them out, like I do with the USA & UN each week.

What about the red/blue ones - want them too?

I have an idea for a game!
just have to get the chance to type it up!
lots of shooting and snipers will have fun, close team dynamics's and mission based real sim.

will need:

4-6 small flags (sounds like daves got those)
2 large flags (dave again) plus i have one large yellow one
12+ fully charged airsofters (sounds like thats a go)

Personal extras:
Comms
sniper gear?

Name of game:

Operation TOMB STONE

Sounds great Glen, just allow for the fact that half the players will be newbies (using pistols, don't know the fields, paired up with experienced players) :D

think we should start day off with VC though, it's a easy/fun game to let them get into things with.

then after that into Rogue's game
