Somalia is split into various factions all struggling for power, in this scenario we have the USC and AA factions locked in genocide.
The primary objectives for both factions are these:
-wipe out enemy factions 5 leaders once each
Secondary objectives:
-collect wads of cash from approximate positions marked red on map.
-bribe UN peacekeepers to join the fight on your side.
-overun enemy base (by lowering their flag). By doing so any bribed UN soldiers of the tribe that lost its base will automatically transfer to the opposing team & vice versa.
Medic rules
-Each team will have 3 medics which can be divided where needed. Medics hold onto wounded for 50 seconds, the wounded then use the last 10 to fallback to nearest cover.
-Medics can be revived by anyone.
-3 minute bleed out time.
-can slowly drag wounded.
-once bleed out, you must return all the way back to base and do 1 minute there aswell. If the base is under contention use common sense and fall back where possible until youve done your time.
Faction leaders
Leaders will be choosen on the day. They have free reign to be where they want, but must keep in mind their first life is what the enemy need to attain victory. Wounds DO NOT count as kills. Bleed outs DO count as kills. Once killed the first time, the individual must let the team leader/marshal know about their death, then after the standard respawn rules they can re-enter the fight as every day somali.
Once all 5 leaders have each been killed once, its game over.
U.N 'peacekeepers'
U.N peacekeepers will be choosen on the day pending numbers, and will be based as seen on the map. They are completely neutral to both sides and cannot be engaged in any way.
Both factions can look for the wads of cash marked in red on the map. Once collected, a wad of cash can be bought to the UN and for each wad of cash exchanged; they can permantly have 1 UN soldier on their side. Once on their side, they abide by the same medic/respawn rules.
Base capturing
If a faction captures the enemys base by lowering their flag, a radio message must be broadcast to the UN members belonging to that factions lost base to transfer to the enemy team. Before they can fight for the enemy side they must return to the enemy base then continue as usual. The same can be done to other team.
Enemy team can only linger in the enemy base for 10 mins then must bug out.
