WORKING BEE /CQB sunday 27 may 2012

Working bee and CQB at the TTC.

The gates will be open between 0845-0900 so don't be late.

As there is a bit of work to be done on the TTC we are planning a Working bee and CQB this Sunday. CQB will be free to play as long as you come out and help.

Things that we need to work on are:
- Broken windows (clearing the larger hanging bits of glass and boarding up some)
- Sweeping up of BB's and some of the crap
- looking at fixing up some of the lights around the place
- building up and changing defenses
- simplifying the door security

Supplies needed for cleaning are: (post up if you get em)
- Brooms
- Gloves
- buckets
- Rubbish bags
- Face masks(once that bird poo gets airborne it's not very nice)
- anything else you think may be of use to help

It is important we get this maintenance done to keep the place safe and enjoyable for us to play in. Plus it's a relatively easy way to help out the club, and get a couple games of CQB in while you are at it.

Just to note guys there is a sh*t load of carpet rolls in the dark room across from the reception area that was going to be used to replace the cardboard.
I do have another couple of rolls to deliver some stage or if someone wants to come pick them up

Well if you want them actually working ill bring my tools along have a look and see what i can do. In terms of just making sure they are safer and wont fall, that shouldnt be too hard to do. Even if they cant be fixed to the ceiling properly they can be removed and the wiring made safe, easy enough to do.

So count me in even if its just to play with lights not guns lol.
