What
Come join TAG as we discover why the UnitedHealthcare Institute of Virology has gone into a communications blackout.
Ground
TAG field with the Northern boundary being the fenceline/road, the southern boundary being the fenceline/paddock, the eastern boundary being the Q grid line and the western boundary being the briefing area. Points of interest are the Fuel Dum, Falconwood Village and the Military Base. There is an infected processing area located at the gate to the north of Falconwood village. This is a non-engagement area as is the briefing area which will be the infil/exfil point for this event.
Situation
Escape from Tagistan: Outbreak is set in the fictional province of Tagistan, located in the Canterbvinsk Special Economic Zone in northwestern Musoria. Political scandals and economic collapse have resulted in the social breakdown of Tagistan. UnitedHealthcare has been using the situation to conduct research that would not be allowed in more developed countries.
There are two teams taking turns conducting the task and the infected. The infected being played by the team not conducting the task for that round.
USEC – United Security which is a Western PMC group that has been providing security for UnitedHealthcare
BEAR – An Eastern PMC group created by the Musorian government to allow them to interfere in Tagistan whilst maintaining plausible deniability.
Infected – Security Forces who were guarding the Institute of Virology when containment failed. They are identifiable by their tactical clothing and the fact that each one is wearing a Dye V5 viral protection ensemble.
Mission
USEC Task Force 67 is to deploy into Tagistan, identify and destroy the UnitedHealthcare servers that are based at the Fuel Depot that has been used as a front to conceal the Institute of Virology. Secondary task is to locate and secure the UnitedHealthcare head of virology Doctor Gordon Freeman and escort him to the extraction point so he can be repatriated to UnitedHealthcare corporate headquarters.
BEAR Task Force Tonop (hatchet) is to deploy to Tagistan, identify, secure and download the information on the UnitedHealthcare server that the SVR believes to be located at the Tagistan fuel depot which has been used as a front for the Institute of Virology. Secondary task is to locate and capture the UnitedHealthcare head of virology Doctor Gordon Freeman and move him to the extraction point for interrogation by SVR.
Execution
Phase 1
Deploy from vehicle drop off at GR A03, move to fuel depot GR G03 and conduct primary task. Infected are believed to be in the area but are moving at a walk and are not contagious.
Phase 2
Locate and secure secondary objective, Last known location in believed to be his accommodation in Falconwood Village at GR L04 or he may have moved to the Military Base at GR P04 due to it being a more secure location. Infected are known to be in the area and moving at a fast walk and are now contagious.
Phase 3
Move the secondary objective back to the outer cordon at GR A03 and extract. Infected have become very aggressive and are now moving as fast as they are able to.
Equipment
7 mid-caps per rifleman or DMR. 1000rds in LMG. 1 pistol and 2 extra magazines
Extra weapons of a different type can be carried by any player excluding DMR or LMG. This allows players to carry a rifle and sniper rifle or a shotgun.
All players to have a torch or head lamp for safety and a whistle in case of emergency.
All players to have a red chem light or a red night hit marker
All players are recommended to wear plate carriers, thick clothing, neck protection and helmet.
Conduct of Event
Players arrive from 1800 onwards, all players to sign in on arrival.
Briefing at 1915.
Round One starts at 2000
Round One ends NLT 2145
Round Two starts NLT 2215
Round Two ends NLT 0000
Post event clean up and depart NLT 0030. All players to sign out as they leave the field.
Actions on
Infected being hit in the mask, immediately call HIT!, display red chem light or RED night hit marker and return to the infected processing area. Refurb your chem light or red night hit marker. Wait one minute and then return to the field. Infected will ignore any hits to the body and can only be killed by destroying the brain (make sure you aim for the Dye mask).
Task force members being held by multiple infected or by one infected with both hands, immediately call INFECTED!, display your red chem light or red night hit marker and move to the infected processing area. Place your primary weapons down next to the cone and fit yourself out with a Dye mask and join the infected. Infected are unable to use weapons.
Action on injury or emergency. If you are injured or in danger immediately illuminate your surroundings with your torch or head lamp if able and using your whistle blow 3 blasts (or calling loudly HELP HELP HELP!) every 30 seconds. We will end the game and come and find you. The Marshall will have a medic kit on them.
Actions on lost. Walk in any direction until you find a fence and then follow that fence until you find a road which you should recognise and then make your way to the briefing area.
