i think a airsoft gun is classified as a sniper if it is bolt action? (someone correct me if im wrong). But it should be ok if its within the FPS limit of 350FPS or the joule limit (idk what that is) because its not bolt action.

its the right fps had sneakers do it for me. its just a m14 semi auto aeg with a opictal scope . i know theirs a rule with snipers and such and i know thiers a waiting time correct me if im wrong .

So long as its chrono'd under 350fps with .20g ammo (1.14j max), and demonstrated that it cannot go full auto, then its fine

the whole 'permission thing' is not necessarily for every sniper rifle, just sniper rifles that are above the 350FPS limit
