what URL address does the Avatar except?

Ive entered dozens or URL address to upload an image, but nothing will be excepted. Is there a trick to this or do I need to obtain a computer geek to do so?.

You gotta save the image and make it real small, like 150x150 and then upload it. Shrinking it on Microsoft Paint will work.
