TAG AGM 14/8/2013

TAGs 2013 AGM will be held on the 14th of August at 7 PM.

Venue is 20 Twigger st Addington

This is your chance to see how your committee functions and have your say on any issues you think need to be addressed.

I will also be taking nominations for committee positions. Nominations can be made to me via PM, or discreetly during game days. Nominations can also be made at the AGM. Nominations will then be put to a vote at the AGM, where senior members will have their say as to who they believe is best suited for the positions.

How do we arrange a trial to increase to 420fps?

Firing squad might be a good start ,but seriously maybe a test of vets engaging vets ,prob best at sam site one team 350 and less ,second at 420 ,it would be nice to see how disadvantaged the 350fps team would be,also I would raise my hand up to be shot at say 10mtrs then 15mtrs then say 20mtrs to work out safe engagement rules.
Snipers would be the next issue , would that mean 550 fps or 600 fps??
If 420 became ineffect for trials making sure guns running at 420 were split evenly between teams.
I would rather see us at 420fps than full auto anyday.

Have you played full auto? Speaking from experience full auto is excellent as long as mag capacity is limited to real cap. It really changes the game to a more mil-sim and tactical approach. Most of the time you're forced to run semi-auto/burst fire as you're aware of your limited ammo capacity, but when you're teamed up and working together you can, at need, lay down suppressing fire. Some people that attend TAG games practically have full auto as it is with their nippy little trigger fingers and super fast cycle rates, and that already needs to be looked at in my mind.

Also just my 2 cents (although, is that zero cents in NZ due to rounding?)
